McKesson Corporation (MCK), the pharmaceutical wholesaler reported first quarter sales rose 3% to $27.5 billion from $26.7 billion a year ago. Net income for the quarter rose 3.5% to $298 million or $1.10 per diluted share compared to net income of $288 million or $1.06 per share a year ago.
