Amerigroup Corporation (AGP), the health insurer reported second quarter revenues rose 11% to $1.44 billion from $1.29 billion a year ago. Net income for the quarter rose 35% to $67.2 million or $1.31 per diluted share compared to net income of $49.6 million or 94 cents per share a year ago.
